Material & Construction

Made from ABS plastic, this 1-ply sheet offers a clean, gloss-white finish on one side with a plain reverse. Single-ply construction is the traditional choice for vintage-style guitars — think classic Telecaster or Stratocaster pickguards — where a thinner, lighter profile is preferred.

Size & Cutting Guidance

At 45cm × 29cm, this sheet comfortably accommodates most standard electric guitar pickguard shapes. Use a sharp craft knife or scroll saw to cut your template, and finish edges with fine sandpaper or a file.
